I helped an S&P 500 company in the clinical laboratory industry transition seventy thousand customers following an acquisition in the New York City market. In one week, we designed a microsite to accompany radio and print advertising campaigns. The goals were to guide new and existing customers in the right direction and to filter and identify incoming leads by user class.
We carefully designed a clear site navigation and constructed a landing page to best serve the multiple audiences (new and existing patients and physicians, primarily). This piece provides a sample of the design process I have led for many projects, from initial client questionnaire to delivery of a complete website in the course of one week. I created the Information Design architecture and wireframes, managed the graphic designer, and executed the majority of the technical items. My work was specifically commended by the client.
