I helped train and regularly advised the CEO and Director of the nation’s pioneer brand of environmentally safe household products in online conversations. With our coaching, they published thoughtful insights on the evolving definition of Corporate Social Responsibility and considered the benefits and drawbacks of a hyper-networked world.
In addition to content strategy, I managed the technical work, new design elements, and upgraded the features of the Drupal-based blog. I also regularly proposed new tactics and tools to empower the company to build and strengthen online relationships with their loyal customers. Lastly, I provided ongoing analysis into traffic, outbound marketing, and depth of visitor engagement.
The blog was a finalist in the Blogger’s Choice Awards (Best Corporate Blog) as well as the Institute for Politics Democracy & The Internet’s Golden Dot Awards (Best Video Blog).
