Given recent murders on my street, I decided to go for a walk and refresh my opinion of my neighborhood. Here are some of the colors I found on a beautiful spring day.

I wouldn’t let that worry you too much. That was a kid who was in a gang and thinking/talking about trying to get out…so they killed him. Almost all of the murders since I’ve lived here are gang-related, targeted (someone they knew), or people that were involved in the kinds of things that get you killed….
Get out and enjoy the beeee-you-tiful weather. Mt. Pleasant farmers market starts this weekend!
